The payment information is provided directly by you, via the Platforms, into the RazorPay payment processing service to which the Company subscribes, and the Company does not, itself, process or store the payment information.
If you use the Platforms, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and password. You are responsible for restricting access to your computer, mobile device, etc., and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your password. We cannot secure any information that you release on you own, that you request us to release or that is released through another third party to whom you have given access.
In a credit card/ debit card/ UPI / net banking transaction, you must use your own credit card / debit card / UPI / bank account. We will not be liable for any credit card / debit card / UPI / bank account fraud. The liability for a fraudulent transaction will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact the support team at [email protected] within 15 calendar days of your purchase. After we receive your request, our team of professionals will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
After the grace period of 15 calendar days from the payment date, the amount paid to us would be non-refundable. You agree to not to ask for any refund or pursue it any manner after the end of this 15 days of grace period from the date of the payment.
