Hi,

Greetings from the DistrictD Team.

The Q1 FY25 earnings season is over. Although there was heavy earnings updation activity in the first half of the month, we have utilized the second in expanding coverage of companies. During the past month alone we have added over 44 companies, as we look to catch up and host the new IPOs and all the micro cap that have suddenly seen rising market caps. We aim to bolster coverage of investible companies (upto 1000cr mcap).

Some key platform updates for August are:

  • This is the first full quarter where our auto summary of the con calls is now running smoothly. We have recorded over 700 concalls and machine generated transcripts & summaries are available within a few hours of the con call.
  • Tweaked the sector-subsector classifications for some companies.
    • Separated Retail from consumer as a standalone sector, this way consumer is now purely where Brand acts the key value driver and Retail and Manufacturing driven value addition is in separate sectors.
    • Separated EMS from Electricals.
    • Advertising as new sub sector has been introduced in Media.
  • Industry Data has been updated for Telecom-Operators, Cement, Ferrous and Oil.
  • 7 new IPO companies have been covered.
  • Distribution for the REITs & Invits are now available on the platform and in the data APIs.
  • Shareholding Patterns for the quarter June 2025 are updated.
  • Annual Reports FY24 for over 600 companies are now available on the platform.
  • Forbes Precision Tools & Machine Parts Financial Model is now available post demerger from its Parent company Forbes and Company.

For september, we will continue to add companies - both from IPOs and small caps in the range of 1000cr - 1500 cr. Further expect monthly updates in our Industry data for Mutual Funds, Banking, Life Insurance and Oil upstream.

At a platform functionality level we will be introducing the Company Comparison tool and Indexes pages as well. That way the platform will have not just stocks and REIT/InVITs but also Index analysis going forward.

Lastly we are working to provide basic datasets for all the listed universe. You will hear on this soon.
